I'm a healthcare leader with a proven track record of improving organizations and creating successful, satisfied workforces.
We are at a pivotal moment in the healthcare industry. Experts predict a severe shortage of healthcare professionals in the next decade. The majority of healthcare professionals report feeling overworked, overwhelmed, and on the verge of burnout.
As a loving mom, devoted friend, nurse, and healthcare leader, with over 20 years of experience in direct care and leadership, I took creating a recipe for operational success into my own hands, when faced with repeated staffing and financial challenges across different organizations throughout my career.
It became abundantly clear to me that the challenges I faced, were consistant enough across organizations, that there must also be a consistant recipe for success, and when applied, this recipe would lead to building healthy and robust organizations.
My research into this area, operational experience, design implementation, and leadership skills, have naturally transitioned into wanting to help others remedy their own operational, financial, and staffing challenges through application of very specific and holistic strategies.
